Most jewelry is made first and sold later. Yours is the other way around — your stone is chosen, your design is drawn, and only then is your ring made. It takes longer. It also means the ring you receive is the ring you actually wanted, not the closest thing that happened to be in stock.

The process
Four stages, two approvals.
The timeline runs from the day you approve your stone. Nothing is cut or cast until you've said yes twice — once to the stone, once to the design.
3–7 days
Your stone is sourced and certified
We find your center stone and verify its grading report. Before it goes anywhere near a setting, we send you the certificate and a photograph of the actual stone — the one that will be in your ring, not a stock image.
You approve the stone

You see the design before it exists
We present a CAD rendering of your finished ring — the exact proportions, the setting height, how it sits against a band. One round of revisions is included, so you can change anything before a single gram of gold is cast.

18–28 days
Cast, set and finished by hand
Your ring is cast in your chosen metal and purity, the stones are set by hand, and the band is filed, polished and inspected. Then it goes through final quality control and its certification paperwork is completed. Larger center stones of 4 carats and above take longer at this stage.
Made in your metal
3–5 days
Delivered insured, signature required
Your ring ships fully insured in signature packaging with its certificate enclosed. Free resizing within 60 days of delivery, and lifetime cleaning and inspection on us.
