Who is responsible for your information

The data controller for this website is Anchor Demand Group LLC, trading as Diamond Hearted. That means we decide why and how your personal information is used, and we are the party you should contact about it.

This policy explains what personal information Diamond Hearted collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it.

Information you give us

The only personal information we collect is what you type into our enquiry forms. Depending on the form, that may include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The ring, center stone, gold purity, metal color and budget you're interested in
• Any date you need an order by
• Anything you write in the free-text message box

We do not ask for and do not want your payment card details, government identifiers, or any other sensitive information through these forms. Please do not send them to us through the message box.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when pages are requested — such as the pages viewed and the general region a request comes from — so the site can operate and be kept secure. We use this in aggregate to understand how the site is used. It is not used to identify you personally.

CAPTCHA and spam protection

Our enquiry forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps us block automated spam submissions. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser when the form loads and when you submit it. You can read more in Cloudflare's own privacy documentation.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and quote you for a ring
• To discuss, design and fulfil an order you place with us
• To send you updates about an order you have placed
• To keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. We will only contact you about your own enquiry or order — we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and complete orders, and they only see your information to the extent needed to perform that service. These include our website hosting platform, our form-delivery and email provider, our CAPTCHA provider, and — once a payment is made — our payment processor and the courier delivering your ring.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick a conversation back up. Records connected to a completed purchase are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. After that, we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete it — subject to records we are legally required to keep. Contact us at sales@diamondhearted.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law — for example the right to object to certain processing, or to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. We will honour those rights where they apply to you.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
